Arctic Juice & Cafe Secures Game‑Changing Series A Backed By Boltrock

Arctic Juice & Cafe's alpine fuel and radical sustainability shake Europe. Mall chains tremble as their secret weapon brews an active-life revolution.

Swiss café chain Arctic Juice & Cafe has closed its Series A funding round, led by investment firm BoltRock Holdings, to fuel a rapid European expansion starting in mid-2025. The fresh money will push the brand’s growth strategy and market expansion across ski resorts and busy city streets. BoltRock hasn’t shared the exact amount, but it did name partners Craig Huff and Daniel Bondy to the start-up’s board.

Arctic Juice began in Verbier, Switzerland, back in 2016 and now runs fifteen cafés in Switzerland, France, and nearby cities like Geneva, Lyon, and Zurich. Each shop serves organic coffee, cold-pressed juices, and energy-packed snacks that fit an “active life” vibe. The alpine roots shine through the brand’s “Born in the Mountains” story, drawing wellness-minded guests who care about both taste and the planet. Taking advantage of VC-backed marketing muscle, the company plans to boost advertising spend threefold to drive brand recognition and customer acquisition.

Verbier-born, mountain-true: fifteen cafés pour alpine wellness from Switzerland to Lyon.

The new capital will fund three clear goals. Initially, more cafés across Europe, with a focus on slopes and urban neighborhoods.

Subsequently, a greener supply chain that keeps food quality high and waste low. Lastly, reward programs that cheer on customers who bike, run, or hike. Leaders are also building a sturdy team—engineers, buyers, trainers—to support fast, calm growth.

BoltRock sees Arctic Juice as a blend of mountain life and café culture, wrapped around today’s wellness wave. The firm calls the deal “smart capital,” because it backs both profit and positive change. The experienced founding founders are now meeting weekly with BoltRock to leverage retail know-how and data tools that have scaled other food brands.

Market data shows shoppers want healthy food, less plastic, and community ties. That rising demand matches Arctic Juice’s offerings.

Cold-pressed orange juice sells beside reusable water bottles. Yoga posters on café walls advertise weekend hikes. Alpine scenery on cups tells a story no mall chain can copy.

With the Series A locked in, new stores will open from late 2025. Guests can expect the same mountain spirit—just closer to home.
