Dolly Parton is entering the coffee aisle with “Cup of Ambition,” a new signature brand created in partnership with Louisiana-based Community Coffee and officially announced on June 11, 2026, on her website.
According to the announcement on Dolly Parton’s site, Cup of Ambition will launch with three blends—Light, Medium and Dark roast—and will initially appear at a new Dolly-branded travel center before rolling out across the United States later this year as both ground coffee and K-Cup offerings through Community Coffee’s retail network. The same release states that Parton worked directly with the Saurage family, now in its sixth generation at Community Coffee, to develop the blends.
The public debut is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at the grand opening of Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop at Exit 22 on Interstate 65 south of Nashville in Cornersville, Tennessee, where the on-site café will also operate under the Cup of Ambition name, DollyParton.com reported. Consumers can register for updates and more information at CupOfAmbition.com, the site added.
Explaining the concept behind the brand, Parton said in the official release, “I’ve spent a lifetime workin’ 9 to 5, 5 to 9, and every hour in between! It takes a lot of energy to pursue your passion and navigate each day. That’s why I wanted to make a coffee that works just as hard. You know, I begin each morning with a head full of dreams, a notepad full of ideas, and a cup or two of coffee. Whether you’re chasing dreams, tackling that to-do list, or just enjoying a quiet morning at home, I hope it brings a smile with every sip.” The same quote was later reproduced by outlets including All Country News and the Tennessean.
Community Coffee, a major U.S. family-owned roaster, framed the partnership as a fit with its longstanding brand values. “Dolly embodies the same values Community Coffee was built on: hard work, warmth, and genuine connection. This partnership felt right from the very first conversation, and Cup of Ambition is something our family is truly proud and honored to put our name behind,” said third-generation owner Donna Saurage in the news release on DollyParton.com.
The business will be led on the sales side by industry veteran Chip Johnson, whom All Country News described as having more than 30 years of experience at Campbell’s, Ty Inc., and Keurig, and who has been appointed Sales Director for Dolly’s Cup of Ambition. All Country News reported that Johnson will oversee the nationwide rollout of the brand to travel centers, grocery stores, mass retailers and coffee shops across the United States later in 2026.
The Tennessean noted that Cup of Ambition joins a wide range of Dolly Parton-branded ventures, including Dollywood theme park, Dollywood Resorts, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Dolly Wines, co-branded Duncan Hines baking mixes, a makeup and fragrance line, and the Doggy Parton pet apparel range. The newspaper also reported that Dolly Parton plans to open the SongTeller Hotel in downtown Nashville in fall 2026, further expanding her hospitality and lifestyle portfolio alongside the new coffee brand.
In the launch announcement, DollyParton.com stated that Cup of Ambition’s initial focus will be on U.S. distribution through Community Coffee channels, positioning the partnership between an internationally known entertainer and a long-running regional roaster as a new entrant in the branded coffee segment.
